i think its doable... are you building a cowling or modifying a stock cowl? you'll be building a mount which will add weight. nice thing is you'll be able to use a decent size battery. can add about a 2-3 inch prop spacer and get some weight out front.... we are talking about a non stretch S2 right?

I don't believe it's a stretch. I can post some photos tonight.   It's for sure an ii2L.  I have a brand new factory cowl.  And the engine mount won't add to much weight but it will give me the ability to move the engine forward.
