new sonerai builder, is the bellcrank upside down or does that matter? also the holes in the bell crank are 3/16 according to the plans, but the hole in the rod end bearing is 1/4, do you just use a bushing or is it ok to drill out the hole to a 1/4”?

The bellcrank is correct and it does matter. The Bellbrook is made that way for differential aileron travel to counter adverse yaw. More up aileron travel than down.

As for the rod end, they make rod ends with 3/16 hole in the ball but with 1/4-28 threads for connecting to the pushrod or whatever. That said, you could just drill out to 1/4" but sometimes you need the 3/16 ball hole because they have a tiny bit more swivel.
