Front rudder pedals

The front rudder pedals are not adjustable for leg length, so I decided to have two foot positions for the front passenger/pilot. I tried to keep them as simple, light, and fool proof as possible. The extensions provide for a 3" shorter reach. I'd be interested to see other solutions.
