Located in northern Illinois. Hasn't flown in years so it will need a complete going through to be made airworthy again. A very quick build kit if you will and for considerably less than you'd pay for just a pre-fab fuselage. It has a Monnett Factory welded square tube fuselage with tri-gear attachments installed but is built as a taildragger. Great Plains 2180 engine with single mag ignition. Streba prop. I used the lightweight Stitts fabric and finish system. Basic instruments and cable brakes just like in the plans. The wing spar mod came out right after I finished the spar so I drilled out the rivets and bolted in (lots of AN-3's as I recall) the angle reinforcements etc. before I closed it up. Always hangared at Kenosha WI. I flew it about 10 hours but did not fly off all the restricted hours...wife and children happened. I moved to Maryland a year ago and the aircraft is currently being stored by a friend in his hangar in Hinckley, IL which is about 50 miles west of Chicago. It has a boat trailer it would fit on with a few minor modifications (it's too short at present) and a new set of tires. I do not have any good pictures but I am working on it which is difficult from 700+ miles away but I have attached what I have. $5000.
