Is there any one that has made the Air Frame wider to give more room in the cockpit .

Has any one change a plane from mid wing to low wing ?

As you might guess I am trying to fit but need to make so
major changes .
 
There are plans available for the low wing version of both the original Sonerai II and Sonerai II Stretch. I pruchased a Sonerai II midwing project and converted it to a low wing without too much trouble. Re-making the spar box to include the dihedral called for in the plans and welding in bushings for bolting it to the frame and that's about it, as I recall. However, that was back in 1998...
